I (she/her) work from a strengths based, humanistic, LGBTQIA+ inclusive, neurodivergent affirming orientation, and offer in person and virtual services to promote emotional well-being and trauma recovery. As a licensed professional therapist with an eclectic approach, I am committed to helping you develop resiliency, and support your transformation into the most authentic version of yourself.

What is Holistic Therapy? ​
​
The practice of holistic therapy is a process that works to achieve and maintain balance within one's own mind, body, and world. Holistic therapists often work collaboratively with individuals and other professionals to achieve this balance as well as to prevent mental health problems from becoming more entrenched.

A holistic approach to mental health conceptualizes problems by examining all contributing variables within your daily life. The assessment of your reality is made through a wide variety of lenses, including the family system, as well as society, culture and the environment, in order to determine the most effective path to wellness.​
Holistic therapy supports wellness in part, by integrating alternative treatment methods such as movement, sound, touch, and breath. Some methods used in this approach have roots in ancient knowledge, like yoga and meditation, and others are more non-traditional therapy modalities like hypnotherapy and expressive arts therapy.
This diverse array of approaches can be combined with more traditional psychotherapy approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT, psychodynamics, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), person centered therapy and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) in order to best equip you with a sense of stability during the inevitable storms in life.
